Overview of Sequoia

Sequoia Energy & Environment Pvt. Ltd. (“Sequoia”) is a renewable resource technology company. Sequoia designs and builds plants for:

1. Re-refining of used lubricating oils (“used oil”)

2. Removal of water from emulsified oily wastes using mechanical vapor recompression (“MVR”).

Re-refining is separation of lubricating oi base stock (LOBS) from spent additives and other contaminants and then purifying LOBS to Internationally-accepted quality. Sequoia develops and manages re-refining projects in partnership with its customers / investors from conception to start-up / performance test.

MVR is a highly energy efficient process that evaporates water, separating it from oily wastes. The oil phase can be recycled as fuel oil and condensed water is clean enough for reclaiming or discharge to a public sewer (POTW).

Sequoia’s role in a project is flexible and determined by the project owners depending on their needs and capabilities.
